At Precision Printing Australia, we take pride in our commitment to delivering high-quality 3D printing services. We aim to ensure that the 3D models we produce closely align with the specifications of the provided 3D model, taking into consideration the inherent limitations of 3D printing technology. However, it is imperative to understand the following:

• 1. Responsibility for File Usage
  • The responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions and rights to use the provided 3D files in any manner lies solely with the purchaser of the 3D prints. Precision Printing Australia (“PPA”) assumes no responsibility for verifying the ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights of the 3D files provided by the customer. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use, reproduce, and distribute the 3D files.
• 2. Printing Disclaimer
  • a. Limited Warranty: PPA provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the 3D models themselves, including but not limited to their fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or quality. The printed objects are provided “as is,” and PPA disclaims all warranties.
  • b. Responsibility of the Customer: The responsibility for assessing the suitability of the printed objects for a specific application or purpose rests solely with the customer. PPA shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use or misuse of the printed objects.
• 3. Material Selection
  • The selection of materials for 3D printing is a critical factor in achieving the desired results. PPA offers a range of materials, each with its unique characteristics. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate material that aligns with their specific application, environmental conditions, and performance requirements.
• 4. Limitation of Liability
  • PPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the printed objects.
• 5. Governing Law
  • This Printing Permission Agreement and Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 6. Entire Agreement
  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
  • By proceeding with the printing process, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and Disclaimer. The customer understands that PPA assumes no liability for the printed objects beyond the scope of this Agreement.
    
    
    Precision Printing Australia – Refund and Returns Policy
• Introduction
  • At Precision Printing Australia (PPA), we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D printing services. Understanding that 3D printing involves significant customization and personalization, our refund and returns policy is designed to provide clarity and satisfaction to our customers while respecting the unique nature of our services.
• Refunds on Custom-Made Items
  • No Refunds on Custom Orders: Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom-made items. Each 3D print is tailored to your specific requirements, and once a project has commenced, resources and significant time are dedicated to fulfilling your order.
• Non-Custom Items
  • Standard Returns: For non-custom items, returns can be made within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original, unused condition. Refunds for these returns will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item.
• Error and Issue Resolution
  • Resolving Issues: We strive to ensure that every print meets our high standards. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work diligently to rectify the situation, which may include reprinting the item or offering a credit for future services.
• Non-Refundable Services
  • Design and Labor Costs: Please be aware that the hours spent in designing, planning, and preparing your 3D print are non-refundable. These processes involve specialized skills and time which cannot be recuperated once expended.
