Custom CAD design for functional parts
Don’t have a design file yet? That’s completely fine.
We work from ideas, sketches, photos, measurements or existing parts to create accurate, manufacturable CAD models ready for real-world use.
Most projects start with a conversation, not a file.
No design file? No problem.
• You have an idea but nothing drawn
• You need a replacement or modified part
• You have a rough sketch or reference photos
• You want something designed specifically for 3D printing
• You’re not sure where to start
Our process is built around practical outcomes. You don’t need to know CAD or provide perfect information — we’ll guide you through the details and make it simple.
How the design process works
Define the requirement
We start by understanding how your part will actually be used — the forces on it, where it operates, how accurate it needs to be, and any limitations. This helps us design something that fits properly and works reliably in the real world.
CAD design and iteration
Your part is modelled in CAD with manufacturability in mind from the beginning. Geometry, clearances and materials are considered early, with revisions made as needed.
Prototype and produce
Once the design is finalised, we can prototype and test before moving to one-off or short-run production. The result is a part that fits, functions and performs as intended.
Design built for manufacturing
• Functional tolerances
• Material-appropriate geometry
• Strength and load considerations
• Design for repeatability
• 3D printing–ready models
• Fewer iterations during production
• Reduced risk of fitment issues
• Practical, buildable outcomes
Designed for real use — not just the screen
Every design decision is made with real-world use in mind. Parts are created to be manufactured accurately, installed reliably, and used as intended — not just to look correct in CAD.
Have an idea you want designed?
A rough sketch, photo or simple description is enough to get started — we’ll help with the rest.
